Running on Empty

Mouse-look didn't work for me, the cursor just moved over the screen. Luckily the camera worked on my xbox controller.

I love the monster designs.

Fun game. I played this a couple days back and then noticed you'd updated it since, so I gave it a play again. I like how you designed the characters—it gave the game an unsettling vibe. 

The first time I played it I was wandering aimlessly for a bit (I think that the bit with the clerk wasn't triggering properly at first), but with the updated version I didn't have the same problem (which could have been from you making a change or from me knowing the game progression better).

I liked the monster design, and I always appreciate a game letting me look back at my pursuers while I'm running away.

A few things that I think could be improved: it wasn't immediately obvious to me where the clerk was, as the window texture was pretty similar to the wall texture. Distinguishing that more would help. Also, some way to close the text box would be nice. I ended up walking away to have it disappear, which worked but felt a bit awkward.
